If you fail to work on your attributes for too long-say, about eight to twelve weeks-then your attributes will start to decay. but it doesn't work the other way around. 2, training cardio also trains up your strength. When you get to level 2 in any given training category, not only does that make the cap rise, but it also allows you to work on two attributes rather than one. Trainer levels can be increased as you advance in your career and win matches. Training is capped by your current trainer level. See, you only have so many weeks to train (your career is limited to 12 years after all), and you'll want to get as much done as you possibly can. In our experience, there is no reason not to do intense training: yes, it eats up fatigue, but mathematically it's better to just train intensely and immediately rest the next week. Intense gives you a good payoff at the cost of a lot of fatigue. When you train, you can select to do light, moderate, or intense training. When choosing to train, you pick which attribute you want to work on, and training will happen automatically. Training affects your three attributes: strength (the power of your strikes and chance of performing takedowns), speed (movement speed and attack speed), and cardio (your stamina pool).
